Today I visited your store and purchased a wahing machine. I given a date when it would be delivered and it was agreed by the sales assistant 14 dave. I then went home and 2hrs later recieved a email to say it would be delivered on a different day to what was agreed. I tried to reply to the email but couldnt. I then phoned and was told that it was being sent on the wrong day to what the assistant had specified and that he couldnt change it to the agreed date as there wasnt a slot. The guy rfom know how told me i should go back to the shop and talk to the assistant who dealt with my order. I am writting to you as i feel very stressed that such a simple thing as getting the delivery day can go wrong...very bad customer service and couldnt care less attitude to the whole thing! Very bad experience wont shop at currys again!!

I purchased an ipad on contract for my lad, long story short I decided to opt out of the Contract
Agreement less than 24 hrs later, and buy not one ipad but two out right.Didnt believe this would be an issue after reading there returns policy! (After all I know my consumer rights) explained to the sales guy what I wanted to do, he said he needed to speak with his manager. WHY???????? I`m buying two ipads outright. Sales guy returns and said my Manager is willing to do this as a good will jester on this Occasion. I would have told him to stick it, but went ahead with the purchase as my kids wanted there ipads there and then. As it was there birthday!
I will never deal with Stockport branch again. C*** EXSPERENCE
If it was possible, i would be reveiwing the service i attained as zero stars; i asked (rather stupidly) objective advice from three of the sales staff at pc world; they all informed me of the offer i had picked was the best in-store and also in the market at the moment! I myself work in sales and i could already see they were selling the services which provide commission! Imagine mysurpirise when i went to pick up the purchased laptop and i see a model for £20 more, with 1/4 moer hardware. . . bit of a joke! Also, management were a joke when dealing with this matter, attermpting to lie their way out of the hole created by their sales team! Also, when making a complaint, no compensation was offered and it was indicated that little, if any, action would be taken!
